A 30-minute video is too long for one conversation. This guide walks the 8-step Skill that locks the narration and one look, then gives each 3-minute segment to a fresh sub-agent, five at a time, and polishes the cut in an empty-context session.
The folder structure behind my AI agent team, the Herdr setup where Grok Build, Claude Code and Kimi Code work side by side, and the two live tasks from the video: an article published by voice and a three-model front-end test.
Eight folders of plain Markdown, a CLAUDE.md index in each, and seven prompts that make your agent interview you. Every prompt, template and command from the video, in order.
Assumes working familiarity
Your agent isn't forgetful — it was never given a role. Define it the way you would write a job description: identity, expertise, working process, output standard, hard limits, in one file every tool loads. Portable across models, and no framework update can break it.
Expertise is not extra facts. It is knowing which fact applies and where to look first — the layer no one-line role instruction has ever managed to install. These 98 packs load it into an ai agent for business from official occupational data.
A curated list stays only as fresh as one maintainer's leftover hours, which is how most of them end up as 2023 archives in a 2026 world. This one keeps no maintainer in the loop, so what it says about ai automation tools reflects this week.
Battle-tested Ghost CMS practices from 18 months running two self-hosted sites: VPS deployment, Cloudflare DNS, theme work, newsletter growth, SEO configuration and multi-site ops, including the Admin API that lets ai automation tools publish without a human in the editor.
Three times a day you check the same page, and three times a day nothing has changed. That is not your work, that is a watch. Ten ready-to-run loops, the interval rule that keeps the bill sane, and the one line every loop needs so it stops on its own instead of running all weekend.
Plugins bundle skills, commands, subagents, hooks and outside connections into one installable unit - 30 seconds to install, which is exactly why the security check matters. Browse the official directory, verify a plugin loaded, judge its reach, and package your own workflow automation software.
A prompt you retype is not a habit, it is an undocumented procedure. Saving it changes who is allowed to run it — which is the part that matters.
More tokens buy less accuracy past a point, and the fix is subtraction rather than capacity. Compaction, sub-agents, external memory, and the rule for when starting a fresh session beats carrying everything forward. Built around how an AI agent for business actually degrades.
Every firm that skipped writing the onboarding page pays for it twice a week, re-explaining the filing convention. An AI assistant for business has the same gap, and Move 1 closes it with one hour of writing. Nine moves total: config file, paths over descriptions, CIF, Plan mode, subagents.
One clever message turns a permission nobody remembers granting into an incident. Three stacked layers keep an ai agent for business safe even after the model has been talked around, and the day to install them is the day you open the first channel.
The report that has to be on someone's desk Monday morning does not care whether you were at your keyboard Sunday night. An agent that only moves when prompted cannot take that job. Four primitives change that.
Split too early and you pay coordination tax on work that never needed it. Split too late and nobody can debug what happened. Three signals mark the difference, four mechanisms make it hold.
When I figure out how to get something real done with AI, you get the write-up — every step, including the parts that didn't work.
