Refund Policy

Refund policy for digital content memberships at AI Workflow Pro — all sales are final except for duplicate charges or service failure.

This page summarises the refund policy for paid memberships at aiworkflowpro.com (operated by Aerorise Ltd., UK company 16712410). The full contractual terms are in our Terms of Service §4.

Short version

All sales of digital content are final. Because membership unlocks digital knowledge assets (articles, templates, source files, archives) that are delivered instantly on purchase and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, perceived value, skill gap, or unused access.

Before you buy

We want you to make an informed decision:

  • Read the free articles — dozens of full articles are published openly and represent the depth and style of the paid content
  • Preview the member content — every paid article shows an extensive free preview before the paywall
  • Email first — if you're unsure whether the membership fits your needs, email [email protected] before purchasing and we'll help you decide

Statutory cooling-off (important)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (and equivalent EU/other consumer laws), consumers usually have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts.

For digital content, this right ends as soon as delivery begins with your prior consent (UK CCR 2013 Reg 37; EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)).

By completing checkout on aiworkflowpro.com you explicitly:

  • consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and
  • acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access is granted.

This is shown on the signup form and in Terms of Service §4.

The only two refund cases

  1. Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same period due to a payment processor error
  2. Service unavailable — we failed to deliver the purchased content due to a technical failure on our side that we cannot resolve within 7 days

For either case, email [email protected] with your order details. We will process the refund via the original payment method within 14 days of confirming the issue.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via the self-service customer portal:

  1. Click your account icon → Billing
  2. Click Cancel subscription → your access continues until the end of the currently paid period
  3. No further charges will be made

Cancelling auto-renewal does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund for the currently paid period.

Before filing a chargeback

If something has gone wrong, please email us first at [email protected] — we resolve nearly all issues within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first, where no technical failure occurred on our side, may result in permanent account suspension. This does not affect any statutory right you may have to dispute charges with your bank or card network.
